I began my real estate in 2004. I accepted my first listing at 8am one morning while I was on the corner in my bathrobe watching firemen blare down the street, as my house was burning down. Why do I tell you this? Because it shows my commitment and dedication to you, as my client. Due to my sphere of influence, I worked with investors on one hand and sellers on the other. Not too long after I got my real estate license, though, the economy collapsed. I immersed myself into learning everything I needed to know to assist homeowners with short sales, so they could prevent foreclosure. My drive has always been to help where help is needed. Being involved in rooughly 45 short sales in both the Carolinas, I helped...and worked...a lot. At some point, I transitioned into a few areas. I 1) became a listing specialist to effectively assist my sellers, 2) became certified to assist buyers with down payment assistance and grants, 3) focused on waterfront property and 4)diversified myself into most facets of residential real estate. I'm celebrating my 20th year, still absolutely love working with buyers, sellers and investors........and with many years of experience and education....I'm great at what I do.
