About Sherona

Sherona Frye became a real estate broker because of a passion for home interior design, real estate investing, and property management. Due to her husband’s former military career, Sherona has moved 12 times and has quite a bit of personal experience with buying, selling, renting, and managing properties. She hopes to be of service to other individuals and families that dream of achieving homeownership.

Sherona received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Journalism from Emory University in 2006, a Master’s in Teaching from UNCW in 2012, and an MBA from East Carolina University in 2021. The business, analytics, and negotiation skills she has acquired through the degrees she has attained give her a unique insight into how to successfully market properties, bargain on behalf of clients, and protect her clients' best interests. She comes from a background of 10 years as a public-school teacher in the US and Japan and brings her leadership and communication skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Sherona Frye currently lives in Mocksville, NC with her husband, 3 kids, their Pit-bull rescue, and a domesticated stray Manx cat. She enjoys spending her free time Zumba dancing, woodworking, camping, kayaking, volunteering, and taking her children to extracurricular activities.
